Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate the register and cashier duties.
Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
Lead shifts, providing entry-level management experience.
Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service around the store.
Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Skills & Qualities
Excellent product selling and customer care.
Strong communication and friendly conversation.
Ability to perform at a quick pace while enjoying teamwork.
Creative problem solving and quick decision making.
Leadership and supervision of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience.
Entry-level management experience.
Sales associate or cashiering experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours.
Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at the waist with twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination; may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials.
