Customer Service Representative Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Hours : Monday-Thursday 7am to 4pm and Saturday 7:30am to 4pm Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. A positive attitude is key in this role - we're looking for someone who can bring energy, empathy, and optimism to every conversation. What you will be doing: Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction. Schedule appointments for service and maintenance calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the service management software. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure schedules are maintained and expectations are met. Provide information about the company's services, products, and maintenance plans to customers. Relay detailed and accurate information to the dispatch team and service technicians regarding customer needs and service requirements. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including contact information and service history. Actively contributes to achieving high call booking rates by following established scripts and customer interaction protocols. Respond to escalated customer concerns or complaints, providing prompt resolutions and/or forwarding to the Service Operations Supervisor as needed. Work alongside a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications: 2+ years customer service experience Professional and energetic communication Positive attitude Strong work ethic Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills Conduct self in a professional manner always High school diploma or its equivalent Learn more about us online:
