Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Payment Integration / PTP Specialist - Accounts Payable to join their team. As a Payment Integration / PTP Specialist, you will be part of the Accounts Payable and PTP transformation initiatives supporting the broader finance and technology teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead payment file integrations across various formats including ACH, wires, checks, and ISO formats.

Coordinate effectively with IT, Accounts Payable, Treasury, external banking partners, and third-party payment integrators to ensure seamless payment processing.

Support configuration, testing, and validation of payment mediums to optimize payment workflows.

Maintain and update vendor master data impacting payment processing activities.

Contribute to vendor master conversion efforts and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) initiatives, including data conversion, workflow alignment, testing, and defect resolution.

What's Needed?

Expertise in SAP Accounts Payable and payment programs.

Experience with bank integrations and payment processing systems.

Strong understanding of OpenText VIM workflows; Ariba exposure is a plus.

Experience with SAP conversion projects and data management.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
