Customer Service Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, physicians, and internal care teams. Coordinate and track patient service orders from referral to equipment delivery. Ensure timely, accurate communication between healthcare providers and internal departments. Review and process billing and documentation related to medical services and equipment. Address patient concerns with empathy, providing timely resolution or escalation. Educate patients on available services and recommend solutions based on their needs. Support onboarding and mentoring of new staff as needed. What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Previous experience in healthcare customer service, patient coordination, or medical office admin is highly valued. Familiarity with insurance processes and durable medical equipment is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems.
