Insurance Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty NavSav Insurance is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional client service and support retention for our personal lines offering. The role focuses on building strong relationships, handling policy inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast‑growing independent agency.

About The Role Focused on growth and retention, this position requires a high‑energy account manager who can maintain loyalty among existing clients while supporting new business development. You will be responsible for delivering best‑in‑class service and managing policy lifecycles from inception to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, and policy changes, and process any required policy modifications.

Conduct policy reviews and remarket renewals as appropriate for each client.

Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following our set retention processes.

Required Skills and Licensing

Property and Casualty license.

Pass a background check.

Customer service experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good operational computing/typing skills (45+ WPM using Microsoft Office Suites, Internet browsers).

Confident self‑starter who works well independently.

Strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Ability to multi‑task.
