Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls with a positive, customer-first attitude
Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and internal staff
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
Support scheduling, job coordination, and team communications
Deliver materials or documents to job sites as needed
Assist managers and field teams with day-to-day operational needs
Serve as a dependable point of contact for office-related support tasks
Represent the company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Reliable and flexible; a self-starter with a willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer functions
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
