Responsibilities and Duties

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Provide concierge services to pilots and passengers, including making reservations.

Invoice services rendered to customers and pilots.

Record customer preferences in the internal system.

Proactively prepare for incoming aircraft.

Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Partner with the line service team to exceed customer expectations.

Keep the hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.

Maintain a neat work area at all times, including front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities.

Qualifications

Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Acceptable driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Bilingual is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale programs.

Basic math knowledge and attention to detail.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by company insurance.

Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Work Environment Professional setting with exposure to all weather conditions and direct contact with aircraft.

Physical Demands

Lift up to 25 pounds.

Stand and walk throughout the facility to greet customers.

Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Position Type & Hours Non‑exempt, full‑time. Shift work includes 2 pm‑10 pm, evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Travel No travel required.

Education, Experience, and Eligibility Entry level with customer service background.
