$22.00/hr - $32.00/hr Customer Service Representative – Onsite Salary Range:
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour LHH is Customer Service Representative to join our client's team! If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer requests professionally and resolve issues within 24 hours Accurately enter purchase orders into the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and escalate issues when necessary Support sales team with customer insights and account setup coordination Process customer returns within 48 hours to ensure timely credit issuance Provide support across billing, orders, and troubleshooting Compile and generate customer-related reports as needed Qualifications 5+ years of customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Acumatica, DocuWare, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred Experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred Seniority level
