Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check stock availability and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products. Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer phone orders Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications
Prior inside sales/customer service experience 2-3 years of knowledge in pump/motor/rotating equipment/industrial products sales (preferred but not required) Efficient in Windows-based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and able to work independently Experience performing a majority of the functions Willingness to learn and take directions when needed Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus Additional Information
Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000/year DOE Physical Demand: N/A Working Conditions: Office environment Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm Travel: NA Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Location: USA:CO:Commerce City Equal Opportunity
