We are seeking a professional, highly motivated, service‑oriented, and experience‑driven employee to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Bellevue, WA office.
Our recent growth, even post‑COVID, has created an opportunity to expand our team. This position is best suited for an individual who maintains a friendly, personable disposition with a patient‑oriented mindset and can balance several tasks with outstanding attention to detail. We will consider applicants with prior experience, or new to healthcare who are eager to learn.
DUTIES
Welcoming and checking patients in and out
Scheduling and registering patients
Attending to phone calls and emails
Processing payments
Detailed documentation
Inputting and verifying insurance
Posting and allocating patient and insurance payments
Managing insurance claims and denials
Handling billing inquiries via phone and email
Assisting with monthly statements and follow‑up on unpaid balances
Supporting front office and general administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional empathy / communication skills
Strong written and spoken English skills
BA/BS preferred
Additional languages appreciated
Working knowledge of insurance plans also appreciated
Strong attention to detail
Organized
Ability to multitask
