Pharmacy Customer Service Representative
to support the home infusion division of a leading pharmacy provider. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, detail-driven environment and brings both empathy and accuracy to every interaction. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, medical billing, or pharmacy operations and is comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Please Note:
Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Gainesville, GA, to attend 1-3 yearly onsite training sessions and team events. Responsibilities: Provide professional and timely support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding pharmacy services and billing questions. Accurately review, maintain, and update patient billing information using internal systems. Manage incoming inquiries by phone or email, ensuring resolution of patient issues with empathy and clarity. Review daily census and pre-billing reports to ensure accurate and complete billing documentation. Assist with monthly statement generation and follow-up communication as needed. Organize and file paperwork according to compliance standards and internal procedures. Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team lead or supervisor. Maintain a commitment to service, accuracy, and patient satisfaction in all interactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, medical billing, pharmacy, or customer service setting. Familiarity with billing systems and other pharmacy-related software is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and navigating multiple systems in a remote environment. Monday – Friday schedule, standard business hours. Full-time, 40 hours/week. Work from home position, with 1-3 required yearly in-person meetings in Gainesville, GA. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour , based on experience. Interview Process: Initial Screening Call with TalentLNX. Phone Interview with the Customer Service Manager.
