Responsibilities
Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
