This is a full-time position with Keystone Church in Family Ministries. As the senior Youth Ministry lead, you will be playing a critical role in executing the vision and direction of Keystone Youth. Keystone Youth helps students know and follow Jesus by providing a place to belong, Gospel truth to believe and the tools to become who God has designed them to be.
Disciple, counsel and care for the students of Keystone Youth through effective teaching, engaging connection groups, intentional discipleship groups, and 1 on 1 investments.
Develop and manage the Keystone Youth ministry staff.
Teach regularly in Keystone Youth and other contexts where it fits with the ministry vision.
Recruit and train small group leaders of Keystone Youth.
Oversee
Oversee and grow the health of Keystone Youth and its connection groups.
Advise in recruitment, interviewing and training of prospective Keystone Youth volunteers.
Suggest, provide input and assist in the direction and development of the teaching content at Keystone Youth for sermon series and special events.
Assist in providing vision, planning and direction of Keystone Youth.
Provide ministry-wide leadership at camps, retreats, mission trips, and other events as assigned.
Execute
Through invention, bring new ideas for community influence to benefit Keystone Youth.
Work with and direct Keystone Youth staff to execute excellent weekly services and special events.
Balance results and relationships.
Galvanize youth, leaders, families and staff for further advancement of Keystone Youth.
Keystone Church Staff Member
By joining the Keystone Staff team, you are expected to go through the Membership process of Keystone Church. As staff and member, you will be placed under the leadership and shepherding of the Elders of this Church and are to lead the way in Celebrating, Connecting, and Contributing.
Full participation in Keystone staff related meetings / events.
