You ll step into an inpatient leadership role focused on driving case management operations, discharge planning excellence, and length-of-stay performance. This is a high-visibility leadership position with autonomy and direct collaboration alongside senior hospital executives.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $109,762 $145,000 (based on experience)
• 17.5% annual bonus
