Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Farmers Insurance
A Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.
Compensation: $45,000 - $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach Build strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendations Educate customers on insurance options and policy features Follow up on leads, quotes, and service requests Support existing clients with policy changes and account reviews Maintain accurate client documentation and activity records
Requirements: Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Insurance or sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication xsgimln and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
