Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information Assist customers with policy changes and renewals Provide information on insurance products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish required Organizational skills and attention to detail Great customer service and communication skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to work in a team environment Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
