Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information Assist customers with policy changes and renewals Provide information on insurance products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
