Inside Sales Representative

to join our high-performing team. This role is sales-focused with clear expectations to generate revenue, expand market share, and contribute directly to company growth. If you thrive on winning new business, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by aggressively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain active engagement throughout the sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to quoting and closing Develop, manage, and grow a defined portfolio of customers, dealers, and distributors Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and product presentations to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Generate accurate quotes, secure payment, and ensure seamless order processing Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce preferred) Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity to remain consultative and competitive Provide input on sales strategies and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For Proven track record in inside sales or B2B sales (2–3 years), preferably in a product-driven environment Strong closing skills and ability to move prospects through the sales funnel quickly and effectively Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience required (Salesforce is a plus)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regular, reliable attendance and availability for overtime as needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Drug-free workplace; business casual dress code
