US Custody Account manager

Pay Rate: $47.51hr W2 no benefits

Responsibilities: Serve as a senior custody Account Manager in charge of financial institutions (banks, brokers, hedge funds …) Act as an entry point of contact with the clients and act as subject matter expert on client servicing and related activity for Local and Global Custody Ensure accurate responses to client requests and queries Participate to clients conference calls and meetings Adherence to all US regulations as related to the services offered, along with the adherence to internal bank and business line procedures and policies. Adherence to internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses Deliver constant high quality of service Provide clients with ad hoc reports as agreed in the SLA (client cash forecast, KPI …) Ensure the coordination and the communication between the internal operations teams and the client Prepare reporting requested by clients auditors Participate to client onboarding calls and perform the account opening in systems Support and complete projects and initiatives as assigned Minimum required qualifications Bachelor or higher degree Proven track record in Client Service / Account Management role during a minimum of 5 to 10 years work experience in the financial industry Experience in large custody project migration with responsibility of the different related working groups Strong knowledge of Custody industry and its regulatory environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication across verbal, written and presentation skills Positive, energetic, flexible and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills Analytical, rigorous, with attention to details Facilitate and lead a collaborative environment, ensuring subject matter experts can work outside the box; engage people, helping them solve their own issues Build and maintain transversal, non-hierarchical relationships with multiple stakeholders
