The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure strong relationships and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions. Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and broaden the client base. Identify opportunities for new business and upselling EMS services. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost targets. Facilitate communication between customers and internal engineering, supply chain, and production teams. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies. Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and report regularly to management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies. Drive business growth and improve profitability

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline preferred. Minimum 5 years in account management or sales within the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, and closing deals in the electronics sector. Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and electronic manufacturing processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Skilled in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Able to work under pressure and across global time zones. Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
