Our client is rapidly growing as an independent agent, heavily focused on
oil & gas accounts . They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive with direct
oil & gas experience
who can immediately assume responsibility for complex account marketing and placement. Responsibilities: Take over assigned
oil & gas accounts
immediately Independently market new business Negotiate directly with carriers Improve renewal outcomes Reduce workload strain on leadership Qualifications: 5+ years working specifically on oil & gas accounts, required Experience with upstream, midstream, oilfield services, drilling contractors, and/or related energy classes Familiarity with energy carrier markets and underwriting appetite Ability to anticipate coverage gaps and structure layered programs Compensation: Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range Health/Medical/Dental/Vision: 100% paid for the employee Bonus Ability to anticipate coverage gaps and structure layered programs
