Role Description The Digital & Broadcast Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in San Jose, CA and drives revenue to

Connrex Digital, KEZR (Mix 106.5)

and

KBAY (Bay Country 94.5 / 92.1)

.

This role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, creating tailored media strategies, and delivering effective sales presentations. Responsibilities include securing new business accounts, managing existing client portfolios, and partnering with internal teams to execute successful digital and broadcast campaigns. The Account Executive will identify opportunities, provide ongoing client support, and ensure advertising solutions meet or exceed client goals.

Responsibilities for this position may include:

Aggressively prospect and develop new digital business through cold-calling, networking, and strategic outreach to key decision-makers. Build strong client relationships by maintaining a persistent, consultative, and solutions-driven sales approach. Position and sell customized digital marketing solutions aligned with client objectives, audiences, and KPIs. Prepare and deliver compelling, results-focused sales presentations and proposals. Own and actively manage the digital sales pipeline, driving consistent revenue growth. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize effectiveness and client satisfaction. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand digital revenue within existing accounts. Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle. Fully embrace the company's digital initiatives, products, and sales tools to enhance performance. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual digital revenue goals.

Requirements of this position include the following:

A minimum of two years of sales experience. A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent digital sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment. This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

Experience in building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Prior industry experience. Experience in digital sales.
