Inside Sales Representative

to join our team. This is a

100% onsite, direct-hire

opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with

manufacturing experience

are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Process inbound sales orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and order status Collaborate with outside sales, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain and update customer information within CRM/ERP systems Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Support sales initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused
