Vantage Marketing is building its Summer 2026 expansion team in Chattanooga, TN. We are an authorized partner of Terminix, representing the most recognized brand in the pest control industry. Let’s be upfront about the role: This is a direct-to-home, field sales position. It requires daily door-to-door prospecting, pipeline management, and closing in the summer heat. It is physically and mentally demanding, and it is entirely performance-based. We are looking for highly disciplined, competitive individuals who want to bypass fixed hourly wages and are willing to work hard for exceptional financial returns. The Financials & Logistics: Compensation Structure:

100% Commission. You are paid for revenue generated, not time spent. Average first-year representatives earn between $25,000 and $40,000 over the 4-month summer season. Top performers scale well beyond this. Contractor Status:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You will operate as a business owner managing your own territory, schedule, and tax write-offs. Relocation:

We handle the logistics. Team housing is provided in Chattanooga for the duration of the summer program. The Training & Mentorship:

You will not just be handed a territory and left to figure it out. You will be trained directly by leaders who have built careers from the doors up through high-level corporate sales leadership. Our training focuses on: Advanced objection handling and negotiation psychology. Territory mapping, strategic routing, and pipeline management. Resilience and communication skills that translate directly into future B2B and enterprise sales careers. The Long-Term Trajectory (Beyond the Summer):

While this program begins as a 3-month summer sprint, it is built to be an entry point for a lucrative, long-term career for those who prove themselves. Promotion:

Representatives who execute at a high level during the summer will be invited to stay on board or return as Experienced Reps or Sales Managers. The Offseason:
