Role Description This full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Account Manager is based in just outside of Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, fostering relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver customized solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with customers and Supply Chain departments to ensure compliance with quantity and delivery commitments: Use customer related portals to obtain POs/change requests, submit order acknowledgements and generate shipments Receive and process firm and forecast customer orders Validate delivery lead times in coordination with the program manager and issue Order Acknowledgements Feed and manage data within the ERP system Support Program Manager for Respond to customer information requests and handle claims Support Program Manager in developing cost estimates for new product Act as the internal relay of the customer voice Ensure regular phone communication (logistics point of contact during serial production) Ensure internal coordination with logistics, production, quality, and finance to resolve logistics issues and support OTD performance Perform administrative tasks related to the function Monitor and contribute to achieving OTD objectives
Qualifications Elevated computer skills and related software to develop and manage Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other related tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Demonstrated ability in Relationship Building and client engagement Good understanding of manufacturing, industrial constraints and production cycles (routings, bills of materials, etc.) Team spirit and strong ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders and cross functional teams (customers, suppliers, internal teams,…) Previous experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry is a plus Fluent English both written and spoken Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
