Job Description

The Document Review Associate performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. Responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements. Reviews physical and/or digital loan (or collateral) documents, works on document or collateral review projects, and potentially assists with team training, quality control (QC) reviews. Job Highlights Review private, commercial, and agency mortgage loan trailing documentsboth physical and electronicagainst the appropriate agency and/or customer checklists. Take the lead on or support research projects, team quality control (QC) reviews, and the evaluation of reinstatements or initial certifications. Assist as needed with trailing document reviews on Tungsten Total Agility (TTA), clearing document exceptions, and maintaining the document review tracker. Work Location: 1133 Rankin St., St. Paul, MN 55116 Basic Qualifications - Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three or more years of related experience - Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20-30lbs; sit and/or stand for long periods; able to bend or squat; willingness to climb step ladders up to 10 feet high Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of general office procedures and clerical skills - Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills - Ability to collect, organize, and prioritize information - Well-developed customer service skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to complete repetitive tasks daily and meet production goals, including deadlines - Strong attention to detail and time management skills, specifically with collecting, organizing, and sorting letters and numbers - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.
