In this role, you will support accounting and administrative functions, focusing on billing, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and addressing discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing issues and manage collection processes effectively. Generate detailed expense reports and assist in budget preparation and tracking. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and other regulatory standards. Handle correspondence and filing systems to maintain organized records. Provide administrative support for hiring processes and security-related operations. Monitor and report on property operations, addressing any procedural or planning needs. Assist in managing database entries and updating records for property-related activities.
