Description We are looking for licensed insurance advisors to work directly with individuals and families to design, optimize, and implement personalized insurance and financial protection strategies. Work with businesses and individuals to
design, optimize, and implement
employee benefits programs and personal protection products and solutions
Educate clients on
life insurance, health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance regulations
Utilize
company-provided leads
to build strong relationships with individuals, families, business owners, HR teams, and executives
Presentcustomized solutions
tailored to each person's or business's needs
Stay ahead of
industry trends and policy changes
to deliver strategic insights
Participate in ongoing training and development to
refine sales consulting skills
Qualifications
Life and Health Insurance License required (will not be considered for the position without this as a bare minimum)
Driven, self-motivated individuals
with a passion for insurance and financial planning
Sales experience preferred but not required – We provide comprehensive training
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to
present and negotiate with business owners and HR teams
Compensation $110,000 - $140,000 at plan
