About the Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst As an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Bomgaars, you'll be the first line of support keeping our stores running. Every register, handheld device, printer, and login matters to daily operations - and you help make sure our teams can service customers without interruption.

You won't just fix issues - you'll keep stores open, employees productive, and customers taken care of.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

Answer calls and emails from store locations needing technical assistance.

Troubleshoot POS registers, computers, printers, scanners, and devices.

Help employees regain access to systems so they can keep working.

Document and track issues in the ticketing system.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when needed.

Communicate clearly with non-technical team members.

Participate in on-call rotation for urgent store needs.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of customer service, helpdesk, or technical support experience.

Basic understanding of computers, Windows, and peripherals.

Ability to manage multiple requests at once.

Willingness to learn retail technology systems.
