As a Reserving Actuary, you will lead reserve analyses, support strategic decision-making, and help enhance reserving processes and tools. Responsibilities
Conduct and present loss reserve analyses with clear assumptions and trend insights. Design and deliver compelling exhibits and reporting tools. Lead statutory and corporate reporting tasks, including regulatory responses. Collaborate with analysts, leadership and cross-functional business units. Drive continuous improvement in actuarial processes and reserve monitoring tools. Requirements
ACAS or FCAS designation Four to sixyears of actuarial experience, with strong analytical and communication skills Deep knowledge of reserving techniques, data modelingand financial operations Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SASor VBA A proactive mindset with apassion for collaboration and innovation Pay Range
The anticipated pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. We understand that salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
