A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.**Position Summary**Looking for an Associate to join the FIG & Sponsors Risk Solutions team with a primary focus on Sponsors and non-flow hedging solutions. The role is designed for a high-performing analytical professional who will support and progressively lead derivative structuring, execution, and client engagement for financial sponsors and institutional clients.The Associate will act as a key point of contact for trade execution and day-to-day client coverage, delivering thoughtful market insights, analytical support, and product-driven solutions. The role offers strong exposure to derivatives structuring, credit considerations, legal documentation, and the impact of XVA frameworks, ISDA documentation, and counterparty risk, while partnering closely with trading, credit portfolio management, legal, operations, and relationship management teams. This position provides an opportunity to develop into a trusted advisor for clients, deepen technical expertise across FX and fixed income derivatives, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the FIG and Sponsors franchise.**Major Responsibilities*** Support marketing and execution efforts within the FIG & Sponsors Risk Solutions team, with increasing responsibility for client-facing activity* Provide analytical support and derivatives structuring solutions tailored to sponsors and institutional clients* Prepare and deliver market updates, trade ideas, and product education to clients in collaboration with senior team members* Price and execute FX and derivative transactions, including awareness and application of XVA impacts* Assist in the development and refinement of credit processes, new product initiatives, and hedging strategies* Partner with traders, credit portfolio management, legal, operations, and coverage teams to ensure seamless execution and client service**Qualifications*** 3–4 years of experience in financial markets; specific experience with FX or interest rate derivatives preferred but not required* Solid foundational knowledge in financial products and corporate finance (BBA, MBA or progress towards an advanced degree in finance or related discipline)* Experience with financial sponsors, insurance companies or structured finance preferred but not required* Curiosity and willingness to learn complex credit, legal, and risk dynamics impacting derivative transactions (structuring, XVA, ISDA documentation, etc.)* Demonstrated analytical capability, with high attention to detail and comfort working with quantitative concepts* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills* Team-oriented approach with the confidence to take ownership and grow into increased responsibilityThe typical base pay range for this role is between $150K - $170K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
