Role Overview The Strategic Intelligence & Performance Analyst supports the development and execution of enterprise performance systems and strategic intelligence processes. This role maintains KPI databases, produces dashboards, and contributes to foresight and competitive intelligence efforts.
Education, Training and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, strategic intelligence/management, organizational leadership, or related field and a minimum of three years (3+) of experience in performance analysis, strategic planning, or intelligence support. OR Associates degree in business, data analytics, strategic intelligence/management, organizational leadership, or related field and a minimum of five years (5+) of experience in performance analysis, strategic planning, or intelligence support.
Additional Experience
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively across teams are required.

Performance Data & Dashboard Management
Maintain and update KPI databases aligned with strategic goals
Develop and refine dashboards to visualize performance trends
Support quarterly CPRM reviews with data analysis and reporting
Strategic Plan Facilitation
Partner with priority team members to develop annual objectives and initiatives that align with enterprise strategy
Coordinate, facilitate, and align strategic planning inputs across the District priority teams
Support the development of quarterly performance review meeting materials including briefing decks and executive summaries
Ensure integration of foresight, risk, and financial perspectives into planning cycles
Monthly Touchpoint Reviews
Lead monthly check-ins with initiative owners and teams to assess progress toward objectives
Identify risks, delays, and acceleration opportunities
Document and escalate issues for review and resolution
Facilitate monthly insights into monthly and quarterly review briefings
Strategic Intelligence Support
Assist in horizon scanning and early signal detection across key domains
Contribute to scenario planning exercises and foresight briefings
Monitor peer benchmarks and market trends
Synthesize insights from the Competitive Intelligence Committee
GDAR Process & Accountability
Facilitate the Corporate Performance Gaps, Results, Actions and Results (GDAR) process when metrics or objectives fall below target
Coordinate corrective action planning with initiative leads
Track follow-up actions and report outcomes to the Director of Corporate Strategy and Performance

Typical Pay Grade Starting Salary Range:
$8,218.00 - $10,478.00
Travel Travel Required:
Up to 25% (with minimal overnight stays, typically within Nebraska)
