In this role, you will significantly impact sales operations by providing actionable insights and analysis. You'll be at the heart of a rapidly scaling sales organization, facilitating cooperation between various teams to improve processes and drive strategic initiatives. Your efforts will help enhance productivity and effectiveness across the sales organization, directly contributing to the company's growth and success in the financial technology sector.
Accountabilities
Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
Standardize global and regional common processes that are currently decentralized
Conduct deep dives into key performance metrics to understand business performance
Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges
Identify new opportunities for productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
Participate in defining go-to-market approaches and regular business planning
Run analysis on key performance metrics and provide insights for managing the business
Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, collaborating with internal teams
Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and key business growth updates
Manage bespoke projects and effectively engage with stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or similar fields
Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with advanced analytics tools
Proficiency in BI visualization tools, such as Tableau
Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets to derive insights
Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment
