The Area Manager is responsible for selling new business, increasing the penetration of the existing customer base, maintaining high-quality customer satisfaction (including 24/7 availability), and retention, as well as increasing market share in assigned territories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Visit 5-10 dealerships focusing on signing new dealerships, growing application counts, and capturing approved contracts.
Review deals with dealer partners and assist in structuring or restructuring as needed.
Act as a consultant to F&I Managers to maximize dealership profitability through UAC products.
Coordinate with Credit Analysts and Funder for loan approvals and funding.
Work with Dealer Compliance team to resolve market issues.
Build and maintain dealer relationships and follow up on loan applications.
Provide excellent customer service to dealer clients.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Work from home with daily travel within a 60-mile radius; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
Salary Phases:
Phase 1: $60,000 base for the first 13 months.
Phase 2: $43,260 base thereafter.
Bonus and Commission:
Uncapped commissions; top earners over $100,000.
Experience:
2-5 years in challenging sales roles with proven success.
Experience in Auto Finance sales, underwriting, or dealership roles.
Sub-prime auto finance experience preferred.
