Pay Range: $124,000 - $155,000

YOUR ROLE As a key member of the North American Human Resources Leadership Team, the Head of Talent Management will drive the strategic talent agenda with the responsibility for the attraction, identification, engagement, development, retention, and deployment of talent across the business. Reporting to the Human Resources Leader for North America and in partnership with Human Resources and operational leaders of the business, the Head of Talent Management will ensure that the organization has the requisite capabilities to meet current and future business and people needs to enable the success of the business.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Leading full life cycle talent management to include talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development, and succession planning

Deploy robust organizational talent reviews across the business for the identification of high potential and high performing talent, critical role assessment and implementation of formalized developmental action plans to address key talent needs

Leverage internal talent metrics and benchmarking data to drive the strategic talent agenda

As a member of the global talent management leadership team, provide influential leadership in the design, development and deployment of global talent initiatives that provide the right balance of face‑to‑face delivery, performance support tools, manager/leadership training, on‑the‑job learning opportunities, effective coaching and relevant e‑learning strategies

Coordinate and share best practice approaches to talent initiatives with the global talent center of excellence

Ensure talent acquisition strategies are implemented and effective at providing the best talent available on the market

Formalize workforce planning initiatives to anticipate the optimal staffing needs for the operation

Enhance employee experience to drive higher levels of engagement throughout the employee lifecycle and optimize opportunities for CEVA to become an “employer of choice”

Leverage technology in coordination with the global HRIS team to deliver innovative learning solutions and talent acquisition processes through technology

Partner with other CEVA functional areas to enable effective social media strategies to attract talent as well as foster a stronger employer brand

Formalize emerging careers agenda and strategies to enable early career development programs

Oversee the partnership with contingent staffing providers to provide leadership, direction, ensure high level of service to the business and adherence to company processes and requirements

Deliver talent management initiatives within established budget

Runs reports, tracks activity and drives completion for learning and development, performance management and compliance programs

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the field of Talent Management including specific talent acquisition leadership experience

Strong influential leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing highly effective talent development programs

A deep understanding of the application and utilization of technology to enhance talent management initiatives

Proven experience in designing and implementing practical yet creative organizational development programs/projects

Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply project management principles and drive impactful change management initiatives

Experience with executive coaching and the use of psychometrics for the development of effective leaders
