Job Description The Senior Director of ATM Technology is a key member of the IT organization reporting to the Vice President of Retail Channel Technology. This role is responsible for strategic direction and technical management for ATM locations working closely with our ATM Operations, Debit and Commercial Line of Businesses. The position requires interactions with enterprise systems as well as partnership with other 3rd party platforms. This Senior Director will provide direct oversight to all ATM technology programs and initiatives and lead a team of business systems analysts and developers responsible for system enhancements and 3rd level application support. This critical work is important to the success of the Lines of business and our acquisition strategy. The Senior Director of ATM’s Technology will partner with executives in IT, Operations, and the business areas. A critical skill is the ability to partner and influence across the enterprise both in the business strategy and the IT architecture space. This role will also require the candidate to be able to develop and build buy-in for the strategy, as well as deliver on the execution and maintain a highly available application suite. Strong communications skills and the ability to work through others are core competencies for this role. This Senior Director will contribute to the technology organization’s success in providing innovative solutions to the business for technology, process, sourcing and organizational governance within our unique company culture.

Responsibilities

Manage large, complex, Information Technology projects by leading project teams to deliver business solutions and drive IT integration.

Partner with business to develop new strategies and identify gaps in IT services and systems for clients. Manage client relationships by consulting on business needs, compliance and security standards.

Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure career development

Lead the teams responsible for both day-to-day operations as well as project delivery

Collaborate with suppliers, IT partners, Operations, and business areas to develop and execute strategies that will enable ATM growth

Drive key architectural decisions for our ATM technologies

Provide senior level technical consulting to IT development and support teams.

Develop operational support processes to ensure tracking service level agreements, assessing security risks and maintaining, testing and auditing existing systems. Ensure compliance with all corporate technical standards, corporate delivery processes and regulatory requirements.

Manage budget forecasts and capital and operational expenditures

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 1 year of experience in Strategy Development

At least 5 years of experience in People Management

At least 2 years of experience in Project Management

At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT

5 years of experience in Strategy Development
