HOYT CENTER FOR THE ARTS, New Castle, Pennsylvania, United States, 16108

Save Job

Arts & Education at the Hoyt invites qualified firms to submit proposals for a full redesign of its website. The new website will serve as a welcoming, intuitive, and accessible digital front door—clearly communicating who we are, what we offer, and how people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels can engage with the arts. This project is a mission-critical infrastructure investment intended to resolve ongoing technical failures, improve the user experience, and align the organization’s digital presence with its new brand—ultimately increasing overall traffic and revenue. The selected firm will develop a modern, audience-centered website that reflects the Hoyt’s story, mission, and new brand with clear paths to audience participation, including donations, membership, events, camps, classes, tours, exhibitions, call for artists, and community activations. The completion of this project will coincide with an organizational name change and the launch of a comprehensive rebrand, spearheaded by the external marketing agency Workhorse Collaborative. Workhorse will also have a limited collaborative role in the website redesign project, providing select copywriting and visual assets. Interested firms may attend an optional virtual information session on Tuesday, February 24, 9:30am EST with the Hoyt and Workhorse to ask any questions and preview the new visual identity. This RFP includes background on the Hoyt as well as current challenges and goals for the new website. While some desired specifications and functionality are outlined, we welcome external expertise, alternative solutions, and additional support as they fit within the defined budget and timeline. To receive a copy of the RFP and link to the optional info session, email Kimberly Koller-Jones at director@hoytartcenter.org.
