Reports to: SVP/Senior Creative Director Website Designer (Figma-First) We’re looking for an A-Player Website Designer who understands that great design is clarity, structure, and visual impact.

Someone who thinks in layout systems, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.

Someone who can shift styles quickly without losing polish.

Someone who moves fast and keeps files clean.

If you only design one aesthetic, this isn’t the role.

If you can jump between luxury, bold, corporate, experiential, and minimal — keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Own the visual design of websites and landing pages across multiple industries.

Design in Figma-first environments— from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.

Jump between projects quickly, designing landing pages with different visual styles and brand tones.

Translate brand identity into structured, modern digital layouts.

Create scalable components and clean design systems.

Prepare organized Figma files ready for developer handoff.

Maintain clear layer naming, auto-layout usage, and component structure.

Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with urgency and ownership.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience designing websites and landing pages in Figma.

A strong portfolio showing range — not just one style.

Ability to adapt quickly to different industries and brand aesthetics.

Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.

Experience collaborating with developers and preparing clean handoffs.

Self‑directed and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Clear communicator who can explain design decisions confidently.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.

Bonus Points

Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or GoHighLevel environments.

Basic understanding of UX best practices.

Motion or micro‑interaction experience.

Experience working across multiple brands at once.
