Field based Business Development Sales Rep – Insurance - Multiple Locations

3 Open Territories: Metro Areas of the following:
North Carolina | South Carolina | Illinois Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Field Based within the territory Marketing/Enrollment of the Business Growth Platform to the Insurance Agents and Agencies Base salary:
$75K–$100K , plus quarterly and annual commissions (est OTE $150K-$200K) About the Opportunity

Marketing/Enrolling a “Business Growth Platform” by recruiting health and life insurance agencies and top producers across your region. Travel throughout the territory to meet with partners face-to-face and present a compelling value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate deals, and close new business. Onboard new partners and ensure they’re set up for success. Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and compliance. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Experience required.
3 + years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Experience in the insurance industry with a strong desire to be in Outside Sales or Experience selling/ marketing a technology platform, is a plus A strong network of health and life insurance agencies/top producers is a major plus. Willingness to travel up to 75%.- throughout the designated territory, local and some overnights Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Ability to listen deeply and tailor solutions to partners’ needs. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of ACA, Life, Health, and/or Medicare Insurance products is a bonus. Base salary:
$75K–$100K , Quarterly and Annual commissions- ( Estimated to double your salary- $150k-$200K) Full travel expense reimbursement. All tools and technology needed for success in a remote environment. 10 days PTO, all federal holidays off, and health insurance allowance. ($500 per month contributions towards health benefits) A company laptop will be provided Opportunity to play a key role in a major 2026 expansion initiative. Why This Role Stands Out
