We are expanding and seeking a qualified Sales Representative to drive sales, provide excellent service, and foster community engagement. This role involves daily client interaction and community building. Position: The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering outstanding customer service. Prior boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Generate leads, follow up, and close sales Conduct facility tours, understanding client goals and needs Book appointments to meet sales targets Participate in promotional events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) Develop selling skills Follow up with prospective clients Take photos for social media Light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms Requirements: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with a proven sales record in memberships, retail, or training Self-motivated, proactive Ability to learn ClubReady software and other computer skills Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email) Organized with multi-tasking ability Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in fitness Availability to work weekday mornings
