Snag Delivery is a college-focused delivery company that brings convenience goods and food items to students in 10 minutes. Our business is built specifically around how college students shop, snack, and live, with a strong focus on speed, selection, and relevance. We operate physical locations near college campuses and tailor our offering to the needs and habits of students. Snag is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with active locations across seven states, and we continue to grow into new college markets.

The Role We’re hiring a Menu & Product Strategy Manager to help own and evolve Snag’s menu across all locations. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and merchandising and plays a key role in shaping what customers see and buy in the app. You’ll help determine which products are introduced, which stay, and which are removed based on performance and relevance. Because Snag is a young startup, this role involves building structure and processes while actively executing day-to-day work.

What You’ll Work On You will manage the full lifecycle of products on the Snag menu, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing performance review and replacement. This includes helping maintain a balanced and thoughtful menu across all categories while coordinating weekly and monthly ordering schedules with vendors. You’ll research and source new, trending, and critical items that resonate with college students and introduce them to the menu. You will also help identify low-performing or non-essential items and work through plans to remove or liquidate them.

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who understands the college student customer and has a strong sense of what appeals to that audience. Experience with menu curation, merchandising, product sourcing, or similar work is preferred, but we value motivation and judgment over strict experience requirements. Ideally, candidates have around two to three years of relevant experience or hands-on exposure in a related role. You should be comfortable working on a small team, wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership in areas that are still being built.

Compensation This role offers$70,000–$90,000 in on-target earnings (OTE), made up of a base salary plus performance-based incentives. The compensation structure is designed to reward ownership, results, and the successful introduction and management of products on the menu. Strong performance and impact on the business are directly reflected in total earnings.
