Job Summary At client, the Senior Content Designer will drive design excellence by crafting content that positions products as market leaders, educates potential users, and facilitates their journey to purchase. This role requires a passionate, customer‑centric content design guru who can work remotely, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration to develop award‑winning marketing experiences. They will push content design boundaries through insights, brainstorming, prototyping, and generative AI to revolutionize user interactions.
Job Requirements
Design end‑to‑end purpose‑driven experiences that guide customers in product selection.
Actively engage with marketing partners and participate in customer research to inform impactful design.
Transform complex financial concepts into conversational and user‑friendly content.
Create compelling content for strategic projects, including web pages, emails, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, strategists, and researchers to refine the QuickBooks voice and foster innovation.
Must Have Skills
Strong experience in content design and strategy, particularly within tech or SaaS domains.
Proficient in turning complex information into approachable, engaging content.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
Industry Experience Experience in the technology or SaaS sector preferred.
