Position Description Come minister with us this summer in Mayberry! We are looking for an energetic, friendly and joy-filled person to come and work alongside of us next summer at Mount Airy Christian Church, specifically in the area of Youth & Children’s Ministry!
Mount Airy sits on the VA/NC line, roughly 30 miles north of Winston-Salem and about 45 minutes from Greensboro, and we’re the inspiration for Mayberry on the Andy Griffith Show! Come experience Opie’s Candy Shop, Snappy Lunch for a pork chop sandwich, and get a tour of our town in a 1960s Ford Galaxy, just like they used on the show! We also have great hiking available at Pilot Mountain State Park, just 10 minutes from our campus, and plenty of opportunities to fish, too!
There would be opportunities to teach both in the children’s ministry and in the youth ministry, help at church camp, and much more!
