State Farm Insurance Agent located in Corydon, IN, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Michele Reichel - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing) preferred Interest in marketing products/services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver Ability to make presentations to potential customers Experience in marketing Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Position may require irregular working hours If motivated to succeed and interested in this role, please complete our application.
