WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection & serve with a scoop of ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and accurate delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining no shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 years or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
