Overview
Our Sales Associates will also:
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required)
Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
Operate POS system and photography equipment
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
All other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player who can work independently
Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
At least 16 years of age
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season
Additional Opportunity: Bunny Character
All Sales Associates/Photographers who are at least 18 years of age may work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with guests in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
Posing for photos with children and families
Remaining in character, wearing the costume, while on location and in public view
Driving positive customer experiences
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
Strong stamina and ability to handle the demands of a full body costume
