Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Contribute to the growth of the agency through proactive outreach and product education
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
Compensation $60,000 – $85,000 per year (base + performance incentives)
