Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, supporting outside sales efforts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on prospecting, quoting, order processing, and follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through close.

Key Responsibilities Manage inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products or services Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing information in a timely manner Follow up on open quotes and opportunities to drive conversion and close deals Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM software Collaborate closely with Outside Sales, Operations, and Service teams to ensure smooth order execution Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals Required Qualifications 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience Strong communication, phone, and email skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, or service-based industries Knowledge of technical or product-based sales (e.g., commercial equipment, access systems, building products) Familiarity with quoting, pricing, and order management processes
