R26\_0000000016Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.**Brown & Brown** has an exciting opportunity available for an **Account Representative** supporting our growing team in **Milwaukee, WI!**The Account Rep. will provide high quality customer service while assisting in the coordination of services between the client and the insurance company.**How You Will Contribute****:*** Provide support for the P&C service team. This includes reviewing binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy, maintaining files, and creating documents such as specifications, proposals, binders and insurance summaries.* Responds directly and promptly to client inquiries and requests* Ensure policies follow coverages as quoted, proposed and bound.* Collect client specification data.* Promptly responds to requests for data and questions from clients, underwriters and internal staff.* Responsible for new client setup and ongoing client maintenance.* Complete premium finance agreement requests and creates premium allocations as needed.* Requests and summarizes loss runs, may process claims and provide client advocacy.* Meets with clients and team as needed to enhance knowledge of client accounts.* Assists with new account development, including review of the account to explore possibility of uninsured or underinsured exposures.* Participates in the marketing process.

This includes such duties as contacting markets, initiating new business, reviewing quotes, preparing coverages and proposals.**Licenses and Certifications:*** WI P&C insurance license.**Skills & Experience to Be Successful*** 3+ years of similar experience in the insurance industry, preferably on the brokerage side.* Strong attention to detail and organization skills.* Self-motivated, highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients, and exhibits strong communication skills.* Strong computer skills and is able to utilize Microsoft Office products.
