and other channels Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from first hello to final delivery Use dealership tools like
RouteOne

Reynolds & Reynolds
to process sales and manage customer information Stay up to speed on
Buick and GMC
vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet—and exceed—sales goals What We’re Looking For:
A
high-energy, goal-oriented mindset
with a passion for success Strong communication and people skills Comfort with modern dealership technology (Drive Centric, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds) Ability to juggle multiple customers and sales processes with ease Strong organization and attention to detail Automotive sales experience is a plus—but
