As a Sales Associate at The Outpost, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in finding and purchasing products Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized store environment Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and merchandise is neatly displayed Greet customers with an award-winning smile and provide friendly, helpful assistance Perform opening and closing duties as needed Uphold the highest standards of customer service Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays At least 18 years of age Benefits: Estimated pay: based on qualifications Employee discounts on merchandise and food Opportunities for growth within the company A fun and engaging work environment Full time, non-seasonal employees are eligible to participate in Company Benefit Package including: Medical, Vision, Dental, and/or 401K.
